Immunohistochemical staining
First, gastric cancer and normal tissue microarrays were collected and dewaxed through washing with xylene and alcohol. Ten the samples were subjected to antigen retrieval with 1 × EDTA (Beyotime Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China) at 100? °C for 30? min. After that, the slides were cooled to room temperature, soaked in 1× PBS bufer and blocked with 3% H2O2 for 5?min and goat serum (Hengyuan Bio Co., Ltd.) for 15? min.
